Fiona Woodman Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, MSW, RSW
15 Year in Practice
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience. I have extensive experience working with adults who struggle with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, interpersonal conflict and life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with university and college students who are grappling with adjusting to secondary school, family of origin issues, perfectionism and relationship difficulties. I also very much welcome WSIB claimants, including first responders.
I use evidence-based, theoretical orientations which include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. My approach is collaborative, warm, genuine and flexible.
